REFUND POLICY
All purchases in-store and online can be either exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 business days of purchase. If your exchange is of lesser value, the balance will remain in store credit. Store Credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Items returned outside their respective period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition with all MARIA CALDERON tags attached, and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Items must not have been used in photography shoots or commercially or for personal gain. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.
Shipping
Orders will take from 2-5 business days to be shipped.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To request a return authorization, email marketing@mariacalderon.com with your order number and reason for return. You will be contacted by customer service within 24-48 hours, Monday – Friday.
Returns can take up to 10-15 business days after delivery for our e-commerce warehouse to process. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund and added it store credit. Store Credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, this must be done at the retailer. We are only able to process exchanges on pieces purchased directly from our atelier or MariaCalderonMC.com.
International Return Policy
Should you wish to return an item, MARIA CALDERON do not refund international prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout for Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) orders or tax and duties paid at time of customs entry for Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) orders. Contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.
